Mr. King,

Greetings. I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with Donna Richardson Joyner at the Roller Skating Association (RSA) National Convention.

Mrs. Joyner spoke on August 29 at our Las Vegas convention and it was amazing. Her warmth and knowledge is clear. Our delegates were engrossed during her entire seminar. Mrs. Joyner's dynamic personality and speaking skills were first rate.

I have attended the RSA Convention for 15 years and been involved for a lifetime with every aspect of roller skating. Mrs. Joyner is the absolute best speaker I have ever heard. She empowered us to go home to our skating centers and communities and make a difference in the fight against childhood obesity. After listening to her I am proud to know the role my industry can play in this.

The age range of delegates at our RSA convention is quite large. Mrs. Joyner had everyone from their early 20s to their late 70s up and out of their seat. From her words we knew we could be a part of the solution. Her speaking style was so personable as was her presence. She even took time after her seminar to take pictures, answer questions and meet various members.

The President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports has a true gem with Donna Richardson Joyner. If the rest of the council has half the energy of Mrs. Joyner I feel we as a nation are off to a strong start in leading our kids to healthy lifestyles.

The roller skating community feels honored and blessed to have had the knowledge and enthusiasm of Mrs. Joyner at our national convention.
